Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fv66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the fv66 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to technical failures; loss of winnings due to bet settlement errors subsequently corrected; data loss; service interruptions during live events; or any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
fv66's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their fv66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fv66's liability for death or personal injury caused by fv66's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
